Danone's general procurement terms have recently changed, and the conditions have already been sent to all suppliers. It is up to you, as an independent professional, to steer the critical compliance process through the inquiry phase. You can execute this project remotely, but Danone welcomes you to their Hoofddorp office three days a week to directly engage with the Procurement Team.
You transform an operational process necessity into a strategic victory. You are the crucial point of contact for all Benelux suppliers during their review of the new contracts.
Your primary focus is acting as the dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Danone's international supplier base (between 2,000 and 5,000) in the Benelux. You take the lead in communication by being available to follow up via phone and email. You address all questions regarding the new General Terms and Procurement Renewal and clearly and expertly explain the changes, ensuring supplier understanding and eventual compliance. You report on the nature of inquiries and potential compliance roadblocks directly to Danone Procurement Management. Your decisive approach and communication skills ensure a smooth transition, minimise risks, and guarantee operational continuity.
